What is the lead time for receiving samples?
If the samples are in stock, we can arrange shipment within 2-3 days For custom samples.

Can I change the product design, color, or material?
Yes! We offer OEM & ODM services and full customization.
Can I brand the product with my own logo?
Absolutely!
We can customize both the product and packaging with your logo or brand artwork.
Can I start with a trial order?
Yes, trial orders are accepted if using our standard design.
If you order more later, we can offer a better price.
What’s the MOQ?
Our usual MOQ is 1000 pcs per design (mainly for plush/ball, for cat trees MOQ is much lower), but we can offer flexible MOQ and accept trial orders for new clients.
(For new partners or special projects, MOQ and price can be adjusted based on quantity.)
What’s the typical production lead time for bulk orders?
Usually 30-45 days, depending on order quantity and customization.
